Commercially useful
Climate infrastructure only matters if commercial teams can turn it into something customers actually buy.

We believe low-carbon freight should become a practical part of everyday logistics commerce, simple enough to sell and credible enough to stand behind.
Freight forwarders sit directly between transport supply and customer demand, but low-carbon freight is still difficult to turn into a repeatable commercial offering.
Refine exists to close that gap. We are building for the freight forwarder as the commercial owner of the customer relationship, with the goal of making low-carbon freight easier to bring to market at scale.
Climate infrastructure only matters if commercial teams can turn it into something customers actually buy.
Complexity should sit behind the product, not with the forwarder's sales team or customer.
We favour clear evidence and disciplined language over ambitious claims that cannot be supported.
Freight sits at the heart of global trade, and it also sits at the heart of one of the hardest climate challenges to solve. We believe the transition will only move fast enough when lower emission transport becomes something companies can choose in everyday business, not something reserved for a few sustainability projects.
Refine exists to make that possible. Our ambition is to give freight forwarders the infrastructure to turn alternative fuels and verified climate action into a simple commercial offer for their customers. If we make low carbon freight easy to sell and credible to stand behind, more customers can choose it, more alternative fuel can reach the market, and the transition can move faster.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Refine is built by people with hands-on experience across alternative fuels, climate tech and freight forwarding. The platform is developed in close dialogue with freight forwarders and industry partners, so it fits the commercial and operational reality of selling low-carbon freight.
